Every home has a story...

From the Homeowners

This historic condo was built in 1850 and was originally two units! Located in one of the largest residential buildings in Over-the-Rhine, this unit was converted to modern-style condos in the late 1990s and renovated again in 2019. The floors are original and two exterior facing walls still have the original plaster. The outlines of the original brick walls that separated the units and rooms can still be seen in the wood pattern on the floor! The building’s front door is also original and stands almost 14 feet tall. This stretch of Main Street between Central Parkway ("The Rhine") and Liberty St. is one of the most complete portions of original Italianate architecture left in Over-the-Rhine. It gives you a clear architectural picture of what it would have looked like 130 plus years ago!
