Every home has a story...

From the Homeowners

We built this home in 1989 and have lived here since. Our two daughters loved growing up in this beautiful, secluded setting and we have enjoyed minimal lawn work as our home is nestled deep in the woods.

We appreciate the walkability of our location - we can walk to the heart of Blue Ash in minutes and can drive to Kenwood Towne Centre in the same number of minutes. The amenities and services offered by the city of Blue Ash are second to none, from the Recreation Center to Summit Park and from Towne Square to the Tom Stone Amphitheater in the Blue Ash Nature Center. And, all this is provided via attractive tax rates.

Ours is not formal but rather a casual, well-constructed and highly maintained home that friends often refer to as a "tree house." It is a special place that the right buyer will be lucky to call home.
